To submit a ServiceConnect Request Online

Login and enter your email address and password. If you don’t have a registered password, please contact the
Tenant Services Coordinator in the Property Management Office to ensure you are a registered user.
Service Connect should be used for, but not limited to, the following types of requests:
- Minor office repairs, maintenance & furniture moves
- Lightbulb & ballast replacements
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Key/Lock replacements
- Building access cards
- Cleaning requests & supplies
- Plumbing services (kitchens / washrooms / leaks)
- After-hours services, such as HVAC and lighting (48-hour notice required)
- Temperature Adjustments
- Pest control
- Meeting room setup
Please note that some the additional services mentioned above may be chargeable. Only Tenant representatives will receive login access to the system, and all tenant employees must place their requests as directed through these representatives. To check the status of your request, simply enter your Request Number on the Track Request screen.
