About Us
Atrium is a mixed-use property comprised of more than one million square feet of office and retail space. Centrally located in Toronto’s downtown core, Atrium is directly connected to the Eaton Centre, the PATH, the largest underground shopping complex in the world, and adjacent to all the excitement at Yonge-Dundas Square, the busiest pedestrian intersection in Toronto.
Atrium was built on the site of the former Ford Hotel Toronto, on the north side of Dundas Street West, extending from Yonge Street to Bay Street. The mixed-use property was constructed in 1981 with two levels of underground parking, and retail space at street and concourse levels, topped by a modern office block that rises to fourteen stories on the east tower and thirteen stories on the west tower.
